Full Version Far Cry 4 Latest Windows 64bit

Players with AMD dual core processors have been experiencing framerate crashes when playing the game. I’ve managed to fix this with a simple file edit. Download the file from this link and follow the instructions in the included README.txt to apply it to your Far Cry 4 installation files, and you should be good to go! This was tested on my AMD Athlon II x2 245 CPU running at 2. 8Ghz and on the Intel Core i5-3570K CPU running at 4.7Ghz. On AMD you must first disable S3d in the Windows control panel before applying this fix. Not sure how to do this? Check out this link: http://forums.geforce. com/default/topic/624694/the-division-beta-pc-crash-d3d11exe-errors/page__gopid__419831__viewthread__t... This was created for Far Cry 4 version 1.03. I've not tested it on any other versions or patches and I can't guarantee that it'll work. The Far Cry 4 devs are currently working hard to correct the issue, so apply this fix at your own risk. This is not my work. Credit goes to the anonymous user who posted the file on www.GBOXone. com.  I've only uploaded the file here to the nexus in an attempt to make it easier to find by users of this site. UPDATE: After another patch for this game was released I had to re-apply this fix. The previous version of this mod had somehow bugged itself, so I had to redo it. This mod still works on the latest official release of Far Cry 4, but will not work on pirated versions of the game or any unofficial mods created with FAR preview tools. To use this you must have no other mods installed except for official patches and updates for Far Cry 4. cfa1e77820
